Boston Turkish Film Festival

Boston Turkish Festival Documentary and Short Film Competition provides a rare opportunity for filmmakers to have a platform in the USA for their films to reach an international audience as well as film critics. The first of its kind organized in North America and celebrating its 15th year, the competition has transformed to a great tradition where Bostonians are able to explore works of the emerging filmmakers first hand.

Due to the circumstances caused by COVID-19 pandemic this year all competition screenings will take place online.

All finalist films will be available on view between November 12 - December 15, 2020.

There are 39 films in the program; 22 documentaries and 17 short films which are screened in 10 sessions. Please check the program for details.

Don't forget to vote online for your favorite film for the audience award after the screening!

In addition to the 'Best Documentary" and "Best Short Film" Awards to be selected by the jury, we will also announce the "Audience Awards". You may vote for your favorite film online after you watch the film. Therefore, we invite you all 'movie enthusiasts' to come and participate in this fun process!
