Kadriye occasionally shares ice with her neighbors, which is very precious in the extremely hot region. But she is not always very happy about this. Yusuf, on the other hand, is after his fields which were taken from him with a trick. He needs a gun to scare away his adversaries; his neighbor Mahmut helps him to find one but he is a betrayer. In the end, the property changes hands. Women, men and children all are affected by this forced change of ownership.

SAFET AYHAN

Safet Ayhan (Şanlıurfa, 1979) received his high school degree from Gaziantep A.N. Asya Lisesi. He attended Anadolu University Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences but left before getting his degree. In 2008 he wrote and directed his short film, “Gidenler-Kalanlar”. He received Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism General Director of Cinema’s support for script development for his project, “Sınır”.
