Mustafa and Baran are two brothers who live close to the Syrian border. Mustafa is very afraid of the sound of war planes. When learns that the planes actually kill people, his fear is replaced by anger. One day his brother’s remark that “if the kites fly high enough, they will get stuck to the planes” gives Mustafa an idea.

Serdal Altun’s (Adana, 1990) interest in visual arts and painting in early school years left their place cinema in high school. In 2012 he began to study cinema in Gaziantep University Department of cinema and TV where he still studies. He directed many short films, social projects, and documentaries.
