85-year-old Mihal Şişko is one of the oldest and last Greeks of Kınalıada, one of the Princes’ Islands near Istanbul.  His grandfather came from Chios to settle the island in the late 1800s. Şişko was born on the island and began working as sexton at the church when he was 10 years old.

Handan Erdil (Istanbul) graduated from the Film and Television Program of Istanbul Bilgi University. She has worked for various television channels as a program director. She has been interested in documentary-making for a while and continues to work in this field.
