Upon waking, he finds relief in realizing it was just a nightmare.   Ali Emre CEYLAN Ali Emre Ceylan (1996, Mersin) developed a passion for literature during his high school years, which inspired him to begin writing poetry and short stories. His short story, "Sucu Bekir", was published in Parende Magazine in 2015. Over the following years, his work appeared in several literary publications, including Dergah, İzdiham, and Sada. Currently pursuing a degree in Radio, Television, and Cinema at Istanbul University, Ali Emre Ceylan made his directorial debut in 2024 with the short film "Such Things Don't Happen In This World". He continues to actively contribute to both the film and literary worlds.
