Aslı Tanrıkulu, who used to live in Istanbul, had an ambition to be a musician as she was working as a music teacher. Convinced by her father, she decided to take up a position as a music teacher in a rural village school of Varto, Muş in Eastern Anatolia. Although she started this journey with hesitations, she ended up touching the lives of many students through music, even forming a 40-member chamber orchestra.
