Ekrem (40) lives a calm life alone. With one exception... For years, some days he wakes up with a second head! The day his second head went out again, he cuts and put it in the trash bag. When he goes out to throw it, he encounters his neighbour, Şevval (37). She is aware of Ekrem's situation and she is ok with it. Along the way, their conversation brings them closer and causes Ekrem to question his existence. Ekrem, leaving the bag in the trash, continues to walk with Şevval. The head gasps and slowly dies in the bag.
