Safranbolu - A. Cemal Ekin

The online photography exhibit of Safranbolu Time Travel by A. Cemal Ekin highlights the historic town of Safranbolu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Although its history goes back thousands of years, it reflects the characteristics of the 17th-century Ottoman era. Named after one of its main products, saffron, it was also a center of wealth during the Ottoman times. A visit to Safranbolu is almost like time travel as if you go back to 1600-1700.
